Excellent experience

I reached out to Monica about childcare on a Sunday as it’s so hard to find. She was lovely and accommodating and offered for us to visit her setting and chat. Her home is lovely and extremely clean, she has a huge room full of Montessori toys and activities for the kids, and a lovely big garden which she said will be used when the weather warms up.

She then offered us a settling in session which went great and now takes care of my son on Sundays. He loves it there (he is one year old) and she provides regular updates on him, and even makes him breakfast lunch and dinner. She went out of her way to buy him a cot and highchair to accommodate his needs which I really appreciated.

She’s been overall amazing, she learned all about his routine and sticks to it well, giving him naps, plenty of socialisation and playtime and lovely home cooked healthy food.

I would definitely recommend Monica to anyone looking for a home setting for their children to go to, she has lots of experience which really shows and goes the extra mile to make sure baby is comfortable and my mind is at ease while he’s there. I have met her family members which live there and they’re all lovely too, I’m so happy I found her as I think the setting & care provided is absolutely excellent.

Great experience

Unfortunately my plans changed and I no longer needed a service but Holly was great, she offered & came to the house to meet myself and baby and get to know us & our routines which was lovely of her. She was very professional and was able to provide references and any documents I asked for. I would reccomend Holly and in the future if I need a babysitter again I would love to have her
