Looking For Some Wrap-Around Care For Our Two Well-Behaved Boys, 11 And 9 :-)

About Me
We're a family of four - two parents are both lawyers who work a mix of remotely and in the city. Jack is 11 and George is 9 - George attends Hawes Down primary, a 10 minutes walk from our house, and Jack will start at Langley for Boys in September. We're an easy going family but like to have a bit of a routine to keep things ticking over without drama! Both boys are really well behaved and are fun to be around!
My Requirements
We recently moved to West Wickham and given that both me and my wife work full-time, we are looking for some after-school help for our two boys 9 and 11. George will be going into year 5 of Hawes Down school in September, a 10 minute walk from our house, and Jack starts at Langley for Boys in September. Our need is really to help us with picking up George (Jack can walk home) and to look after both boys until we finish work - usually around 6.30 - 7pm. We can take the boys to school ourselves so this is just an after-school need, and Victoria doesn't work on Fridays so would only need help Monday - Thursday. One of us will usually be working at home as well, so we can help out if needed with any questions.
The boys are very well behaved and we have a routine whereby they will do homework or reading when they get back from school. They would then need to have dinner, a bath (which they can largely do themselves but need light supervision) and then some chill time watching TV or playing a game for example.
School pick up is 3.25pm but sometimes they will have after-school clubs so pick up would be closer to 4.30pm on those days. We're looking for somebody to start in September 2025 for the new school year.
