Marina was a lovely childminder and I was always really happy with the care she gave my daughter. I especially liked how inclusive her setting was. The children learned about different cultures, places and celebrations, and they were always doing something interesting.
They went out a lot, visited different places and learned about the world around them. I also really liked that Marina gave them healthy food and taught them little things like looking after their teeth and becoming more independent.
I am quite an anxious mum, so it meant a lot to me that Marina always kept me updated. She sent me pictures, told me where they had been, what my daughter had eaten, when she slept and woke up, and little things she had said or done during the day. I always felt like I knew how her day had gone.
Most importantly, my daughter was so happy there. She was always excited to go and have fun, and that made me feel very comfortable leaving her. I honestly wouldn’t have changed Marina for anybody else.

Marina is an absolute angel and we love her so much! From the second she opens the door, she always has the biggest, warmest smile on her face. My son is completely in love with her and is always so incredibly happy to go to her house.
She uses the Montessori method, and it is amazing to see how much she knows and how beautifully she guides the kids. I feel completely at ease when my son is with her because I know he is safe, cherished, and having the best time. Every single day I am just so incredibly grateful for her. She is simply the best!

My little girl has been cared for by Marina since April and I couldn’t be more grateful for what Marina has done for our daughter.
This setting is second to none! The physical learning environment and resources are remarkable and are regularly enhanced to reflect the children’s interests and present learning. Marina is constantly striving for excellence and children now have free flow access to learning indoor and outdoors. Provision reflects the requirements of the Early Years Curriculum ensuring children have all necessary opportunities to develop and flourish.
The initial reason for wanting a childminder instead of a private day nursery is because we wanted a “home environment” for our child and felt a nursery would be to formal and institutionalised. With Marina, I believe children get the best of both.
My daughter has built strong bonds with Marina and her family. She honestly loves going there and looks forward to seeing her and all her friends.
Marina ensures I am fully informed of my daughter’s stage of development, I am informed of her strengths and next steps and together we work on these to ensure my child is making progress in all areas.
Communication between me and Marina is excellent. We use baby’s days app, whatsapp, emails and phone calls.
In addition, I like that Marina is incredibly flexible and accommodating, she goes above and beyond her role for the needs of the children and families she works with and is more than helpful if parents need additional days or hours than normal.
I couldn’t recommend Marina enough, for us it’s been the best decision we have made for our daughter so far.

Marina was my daughter’s teacher at preschool. She also helped me with occasional babysitting as I really couldn’t trust anybody else.
The activities she organises are both educational and fun.
She really does her best, I could see all the kids loved her. They would run towards her and hug her.
I can’t be grateful enough for everything she did for my daughter. She grew up into such a well mannered, polite and kind little girl. Not only she learnt to read and count, but she also learnt to do the house chores. It was so fun to see her folding clothes, cleaning the table, taking care of plants, and so much more.
Unfortunately, Marina moved too far from us and we can’t get help from her anymore.
But I would definitely recommend her to any parent who needs peace of mind.
