My Requirements

My son needs structure and routine. Ideally want someone who wants to work with us on a long term basis. Ideally want someone to be with us until my son is more independent, he's currently 7 years old almost 8 and in primary year 3 so likely until he reaches secondary school. I would like someone who would help with homework, reheat/prepare fresh meals. I do expect my son to tidy his room after school and odd bits to help around the house, i want to teach him life skills. He has a lot of energy and can become distracted so someone who is fun but also, firm and fair. I maybe at be home 2 or 3 days a week other weeks I'll be out working at the office all week. If there is flexibility I'd like someone who can do some mornings to not reuqired to every morning. Again a minium requirement for 3 after school pick ups but i can be flexible with days where possible. As a single mum there maybe opportunity for extra hours adhoc, evenings and weekends.
