Nanny / Mother’s Help Needed for Twin Newborns (Flexible – Derbyshire)

We are a warm, friendly and professional family based in South Derbyshire with a 3-year-old son and 7-week-old twin boys.
We already have a nanny–housekeeper in place, and are now looking for additional support during this busy but special time as we adjust to life with twins.
We value calm, kind, and proactive people who can integrate into our home while maintaining a professional approach. We aim to create a supportive and respectful working environment, with clear communication and expectations.
My Requirements
We are primarily looking for an experienced Night Nanny / Mother’s Help to support with our 7-week-old twins.
Main responsibilities include:
Overnight care of the twins (feeding, settling, nappy changes)
Supporting a calm and consistent night routine
Assisting mum during the night where needed
Light baby-related tasks (e.g. bottles, laundry)
Occasional light household support during quieter periods (e.g. folding laundry, kitchen tidy)
Key points:
Baby care is always the priority
Role is primarily night-based (flexible hours to be agreed)
Experience with newborns (ideally twins) preferred
We would also be open to:
Daytime support (mother’s help)
Occasional weekend help
We are looking for someone reliable, calm, and proactive who can support us during this important stage.
