My Requirements

Your main responsibility will always be the children and their day-to-day care, including:
Caring for and entertaining the twins during the day (3 year old is at nursery)
Supporting their feeding, naps and daily routine
Age-appropriate play, activities and developmental support
Taking the children for walks, outings and activities
Helping with our 3-year-old when required
Preparing simple meals/snacks for the children
Bottles, children's laundry and keeping their areas organised
Tidying toys/play areas and other child-related duties
While the babies are sleeping and childcare duties are up to date, we would really appreciate someone who is naturally proactive and happy to help with light household tasks – for example, putting away laundry, unloading the dishwasher, tidying the kitchen or generally helping us keep things running smoothly.

We are not looking for a cleaner or housekeeper; the children will always be the priority. We would simply love someone who is happy to muck in during quieter moments.

We'd love to find someone who is:
Warm, nurturing and genuinely enjoys being around children
Experienced and confident with babies and young children
Ideally has nursery or early-years experience
Confident caring for twins or multiple young children
Reliable, organised and safety-conscious
Proactive and able to see what needs doing without always needing direction
Comfortable working as part of a busy family household
Looking to build a positive, longer-term relationship with a family

We'd love to find someone who becomes a trusted and valued part of our family's routine, rather than simply someone who comes in to cover childcare.
