Hi! I’m Jenni, and I absolutely love working with children. I have experience caring for children of different ages and have worked in childcare for several years, so I’m confident looking after little ones and making sure they feel safe, happy and comfortable.
I’m available during the week for babysitting and I’m happy to help with whatever your family might need. Whether that’s keeping the children entertained with games and activities, helping with dinner, bath time and bedtime, or just being there for a few hours while you have some time to yourself.
I’m a very caring, patient and friendly person and I always try to make children feel comfortable around me. I love getting to know their little personalities and finding things they enjoy doing. I also understand that every child and family is different, so I’m more than happy to follow your usual routines and the way you like things done.
I know it can feel daunting leaving your child with someone new, so I’m always happy to have a chat beforehand, get to know you and your child, and answer any questions you might have. My main priority is making sure your little one is safe, happy and well cared for while you’re away. ??
My Experience
I have several years of experience working in childcare and currently have experience as a Senior Nursery Practitioner. I have worked with children of different ages and have experience supporting their development, planning activities and following individual routines and needs.
Through my childcare experience, I have developed a good understanding of how to keep children safe, happy and engaged. I am also experienced in communicating with parents and keeping them updated about their child.
I have experience with everyday childcare routines including meals, nappy changes, toileting, sleep and settling children, as well as organising fun and age-appropriate activities. I am confident managing different situations calmly and adapting to each child’s individual personality and needs.
I really enjoy working with children and getting to know them, and I take pride in providing a caring and safe environment where they can feel comfortable and have fun.

My Availability
I currently have good availability throughout the week and can be flexible depending on what your family needs. I’m happy to help with daytime babysitting, after-school care and evenings, and I can also be flexible with start and finish times where possible.
I’m not currently available on weekends, but I’m happy to discuss regular or occasional childcare during the week. I’m also happy to arrange bookings in advance so we can find a time that works well for everyone.
