My Requirements

We are looking for a special person who can help us one day a week for around 6/7 hours.
Our daughter is 5 (6 in June) she has Autism with a PDA profile. Ivy is fully verbal and a very bright loving girl who loves animals, cooking, swimming, the park and role play games. Ivy is home educated due to school not being the right setting for her.
We are looking for a kind, patient, fun, calm natured person who can spend time with Ivy one day a week, taking her out to places she enjoys, watching a film together or baking cakes/cooking food.
A knowledge of Autism would be desirable but not essential. Ivy needs a low demand environment, with someone there to have fun with her and to help keep her safe when out and about.
It can take a while for Ivy to become comfortable with a new person, it may take a while for her to become settled so patience is a must.
An up to date DBS is required and references would be amazing. A driving license would also be great.
Once Ivy is settled there is an option for more ad hoc hours.
