I am naturally a very caring, happy, friendly, loyal and dedicated person who loves working with children of all ages and abilities, proactively finding creative ways to interact and engage with them calmly and patiently guiding and supporting their development.

My lifestyle is healthy, I enjoy walking, reading, music, Tai Chi and spending time with family and friends.

My Experience

I am currently working as a self employed Nanny for a Colchester family caring for their two year old daughter. I have been working 3 days a week for more than a year which is dropping to 2 days a week from Sept as she starts nursery part time.

Previously I spent 2yrs 5 months working with babies, toddlers, preschool children including breakfast and after school clubs in a local Day Nursery. While there I gained good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and the Early Learning Goals.

My Qualifications

Little Wing First Aid Training.
QNCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism
Autism Educational Trust, Early Years Good Autism Practice
Noodle Now Safeguarding Children Level 2 and Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2
Many more Noodle Now courses.
Knowledge of Makaton sign language from online sources.
