Part-Time Nanny / Family PA Wanted – Warrington

Flexible hours | Approximately 21–30 hours per week | £15 per hour

I’m a single working mum looking for a kind, reliable and experienced nanny or family PA to provide long-term support with my 9-year-old son and some light household duties.

My son is a lovely, bright, creative little boy with additional needs, including neurodiverse traits and difficulties with transitions and emotional regulation. I’m looking for someone patient, understanding and nurturing who can build a positive, trusting relationship with him and provide consistency and reassurance.

The role would include:

* Supporting morning routines and school transitions when required.
* After-school care, preparing meals and helping with teatime, bath and bedtime routines.
* Providing care at home when school attendance is difficult.
* Encouraging creative activities, play and independence.
* Light household help, including children’s laundry, tidying and general family organisation.
* Occasional evening and weekend babysitting, by arrangement.

Hours and flexibility

Ideally approximately 21–30 hours per week, with a mixture of daytime and early evening hours. Flexibility is particularly important, as my son’s needs and school attendance can vary.

I’m happy to discuss a regular weekly schedule with some flexibility for additional hours.

The ideal person will:

* Have previous experience caring for children with additional needs, particularly autism/PDA profiles.
* Be calm, patient, dependable and genuinely enjoy working with children.
* Be looking for a long-term position rather than temporary work.
* Have an enhanced DBS check and excellent references.
* Hold a full, valid driving licence and have their own car — essential.

Formal SEND qualifications aren’t essential; practical experience, understanding and the right personality are much more important.

I’m hoping to find someone who can become a familiar, trusted and consistent part of our family routine.

£15 per hour, negotiable depending on experience and responsibilities.
