I am looking for a kind, reliable, and patient childminder or babysitter to care for my daughter, she is three years old, currently non-speaking and have special educational needs (SEN). The ideal person will be experienced in supporting children with additional needs, helping to encourage their communication and development through play and daily routines, and creating a calm, structured environment where they can feel secure and happy.
You must be Ofsted registered and able to accept 30-hour funding.
