My Experience

I have experience working with children in a supportive and caring environment, helping to promote their development, wellbeing, and independence. My role involves assisting with daily activities, encouraging positive behaviour, and ensuring children feel safe, valued, and included.
I also have experience working with children with disabilities and additional needs, adapting my approach to meet individual requirements and provide the best possible support. Through this experience, I have developed strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. I am confident working both independently and as part of a team and always strive to create positive experiences for the children in my care.
I am First Aid trained and have a good understanding of safeguarding, health, and safety procedures when working with children.

My Qualifications

I hold an Early Years Level 2 qualification and have experience supporting young children in a caring, safe, and nurturing environment. Through my training and practical experience, I have developed a good understanding of child development and the importance of promoting children’s learning, wellbeing, and independence.
