My name is Emilia, and I am a 33-year-old nanny with over 14 years of childcare experience. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working as a childminder’s assistant in a nursery in North West London, as well as supporting several lovely professional families in Maida Vale, Hampstead, Fitzrovia, and Notting Hill.
I truly believe that children thrive in a happy, positive, and nurturing environment where they feel listened to, understood, and cared for. I always aim to give children the patience, attention, and encouragement they need to feel secure and confident. Working with children brings me so much joy, and I love supporting their individual personalities, interests, and development.
My Experience
As a mother myself, I completely understand how important trust and safety are when choosing someone to care for your child. Children’s wellbeing is always my top priority, and I am fully first aid trained and confident in handling emergencies calmly and responsibly.
Through my experience, I have developed a strong understanding of children’s routines, emotional needs, and development at different ages and stages. I enjoy encouraging learning through play and creating engaging activities that support language, creativity, numbers, sensory exploration, and confidence. I am also familiar with the Montessori approach and enjoy combining learning with fun in a natural and gentle way.
I love spending quality time with children through reading stories, arts and crafts, board games, outdoor adventures, and imaginative play. I also enjoy cooking and always aim to prepare healthy, balanced meals for both children and the family.

My Availability
After three wonderful years with my current family, my role will sadly be coming to an end, and I am now looking for a new position starting in September, ideally for 3–4 full days per week.

- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
£21-£23 ph
