My name is Emilia, and I am a 33-year-old nanny with over 14 years of experience in childcare. During this time, I have worked as a childminder’s assistant in a nursery in North West London, as well as a nanny for several wonderful professional families in the Maida Vale, Hampstead, Fitzrovia, and Notting Hill areas.
I strongly believe that creating a positive and happy environment for children comes from giving them time, patience, understanding, and, most importantly, attention. I genuinely enjoy working with children and value their energy and individuality. I am adaptable and always tailor my approach to suit each child’s age, personality, and needs.
My Experience
As a mother myself, I understand how important safety is. I take great care in ensuring children’s wellbeing and am confident in handling emergencies, as I am fully trained in first aid.
With my experience, I have a strong understanding of children’s daily needs and their learning and development. I encourage learning through play, using creative and sensory activities that support development in areas such as language, numbers, texture, and colour. I am also familiar with the Montessori approach and aim to create a balanced mix of learning and fun.
In addition, I enjoy spending time with children through reading, board games, outdoor activities, and arts and crafts. I have a passion for cooking and always strive to prepare healthy, well-balanced meals for children and the family.

- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
£21-£23 ph
