Looking for experienced live-out nanny - West Ealing - January 2026 start
About Me
We are a warm, loving, and active family based in West Ealing, looking for a nanny to become an important part of our children's lives. At the start of the role, our daughter will be 13 months old and our son will be 3 years old.
Family is at the heart of everything we do, and our children are very much the centre of our world. We are looking for someone who shares our values of kindness, curiosity, creativity, and healthy living, and who will help our children grow in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
My husband, Ben, works full-time, while I work four days a week, splitting my time between home and the office. We lead an active lifestyle and love spending time outdoors, whether that's exploring local parks, playing sports, or taking on new adventures as a family. We are passionate about healthy eating and enjoy preparing fresh, nutritious meals.
Creativity and music are also a big part of our family life. I sing in a band and love sharing music with our children, while both Ben and I enjoy encouraging imagination and creative play. We are also keen sports enthusiasts, particularly rugby and endurance events, and would love our children to develop a lifelong enjoyment of being active.
Our parenting style is affectionate, nurturing, and hands-on. We believe in plenty of love, reassurance, and cuddles when needed, while also maintaining clear and consistent boundaries. We encourage our children to be curious, independent, and willing to try new things. We believe that gently stepping outside their comfort zones helps build confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards life's challenges. We are looking for a nanny who will support this approach and provide both warmth and structure in equal measure.
