WELCOME TO OUR BILINGUAL CHILDMINDER!
Hi, my name is Cinzia, and together with Filomena, we run the FairyHouse, a nurturing and engaging childminding service in Sunbury-on-Thames.
As qualified childminders, both trained in first aid, safeguarding, and early years education, we provide a safe, caring environment for children to grow, learn, and thrive. I am 32, and Filomena is 37, and we are both proud to bring our Italian roots and family-oriented values to our childcare.
FairyHouse is designed for creativity and exploration, with a conservatory, secure garden, a role-play room, and a sensory room. We focus on holistic development through yoga, mindfulness, cookery sessions, and Makaton language, while introducing Italian and Spanish to encourage early bilingual skills.
With a full capacity of six children and two childminders, we ensure a low adult-to-child ratio for personalised care.
Our two gentle cats, Inky and Luna, teach children compassion and responsibility, making our setting feel even more like home. At FairyHouse, every child is supported to reach their full potential in a warm and welcoming environment.

Cinzia with over 10yrs experience in child care in different roles such as Nursery Educator and Room Leader, Babysitter, Nanny, Play worker.
Filomena is a mum of two beautiful daughters 16yo and 11yo with years of experience in babysitting.

My toddler has been going here for about a month now and she really likes it. Cinzia provides nutritious food, great activities, and a nice environment for the children. She loves the sweet cats too.
