I had a wonderful experience with Nicky, who helped me look after my 10-month-old and 23-month-old sons. As someone who’s always relied on family for childcare outside of nursery, I was a bit nervous about having someone new, but Nicky immediately put me at ease. She was friendly, approachable and her calm demeanour made me feel confident in her care. The boys had a great time with her. Nicky was also very flexible with scheduling, which was a huge help and she was always punctual and reliable. She was easy to communicate with throughout and I’m definitely looking forward to having her help again in the future. Highly recommend her to any other mums!
