About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Heidi, and I am an Ofsted-registered childminder and a proud mum to a lively and loving two-year-old son. As both a parent and a childcare professional, I understand just how important it is to find a safe, nurturing, and homely environment where children can grow, learn, and feel truly cared for. I am passionate about creating a warm and welcoming setting where every child is valued as an individual, and where their happiness, development, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything I do.

My Experience

I am a new childminder preparing for my pre-registration visit with Ofsted. As a mum to a lively toddler, I have hands-on experience caring for young children in a nurturing and responsive way. My home is set up to provide a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children to play and learn. I have completed all the necessary training and have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. I’m passionate about supporting children’s development and excited to begin this journey professionally.

My Qualifications

I have completed a safeguarding course and training on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support my role as a childminder. I am also attending relevant college courses to continue building my knowledge and skills in early years care and education.
