My Experience

My background is quite diverse! Before starting a family, I was a stewardess, which sparked a lifelong love of travel and immersed me in different cultures – a huge inspiration for my cooking today. Since 2022, I've been a trained Culinary Medicine Coach, guiding clients to make positive dietary changes for optimal wellbeing. I also share my passion for food science as a teacher, leading fun, hands-on workshops that explore the amazing properties of food. I'm actively involved in my community, volunteering at the local community kitchen and leading workshops there, as well as in other venues like guesthouses and even from my own home. These workshops focus on using food to address specific needs, such as managing menopause symptoms, easing anxiety, and promoting better sleep. Finally, I offer personal chef services to families on a weekly basis, catering to their individual needs, and I also cater larger events like parties and horse shows.

My Availability

I have availability during the week, mornings are best for me. Hours around 10 but flexible on all this.
