About Me

Hello my name is Shannon! I am 30 years old and have over 12 years experience working with children of all ages, including those with special educational needs. I consider myself an outgoing and enthusiastic person which I believe to be important when it comes to childminding, planning activities and making sure children are developing as individuals. I am a qualified teacher and have worked in Liverpool for the past 6 years in a special educational needs school, teaching pupils with a range of needs. Previous to this, I worked in a creche for 4 years, with children aged 11months - 12 years old. Throughout summer holidays and term time I have childminded and completed school runs for families. I currently work in a specialist provision in a secondary school. I have my own car with a full licence which I have had for 12 years. I love being outdoors and creating fun activities for the children to do, whether this is arts and crafts/puzzles/music or sport. Please contact me with any other information you require.
