I am a fun, loving and caring character with a real passion and love for children and babies. I love the outdoors and fun activities, but also a balance of playing indoors and using imagination and creativity to entertain and incorporate learning into play. I love to be a hand to hold and a friend that children and families feel they can trust and rely on. I am hardworking, resilient and can think on my feet. In difficult situations when emotions can run high I am able to keep calm and collected and escalate the situation to a more positive and relaxed environment to be able to talk things through and come up with a solution. I enjoy seeing children thrive and laugh and know that they are content and their needs met.
My Experience
I am new to this career as a Nanny, however I have grown up babysitting for friends and families and have always been the oldest sister, niece, cousin etc. I have looked after children from newborn to 10, with roles of nap times, feeding, helping with homework, bedtime routines including bathing, activities inside and outside, school runs and cooking nutritional meals. I am currently in the process of becoming Ofsted Registered and do a level 3 NCFE CACHE award in childcare and education to further and deepen my knowledge. I have a Level 3 qualification in human sciences and I also have a full enhanced DBS check. I am currently working for a family of two children 2 and 4, sole charge and previous to this I had sole charge over two children aged 3 and 7.
My Qualifications
I have a certificate in animal nursing and a Level 3 qualification in Human Sciences. I have all my GCSE’s and as previously stated would like to further my qualifications into Nannying.
My Availability
Currently I am looking for morning into early afternoon hours during term time or a nanny share with those similar hours. I am available between the hours of 7/8 AM and 1 PM. I am also happy to do overnights during the week, after 7.30 PM.
I am also available for babysitting and housekeeping duties.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
My fees are flexible, depending on duties, but range from £18 to £20 an hour!
