We honestly couldn’t ask for better childminders. Even though it’s never easy leaving your small child in someone else’s care, we feel incredibly lucky to have found Michelle and Richard. From day one, they have made our daughter feel safe and loved. It has now been almost a year since we started this journey with them.
The care, attention, and genuine warmth they show every single day are truly incredible. Our daughter absolutely loves going there — she is always happy and smiling when she sees either Michelle or Richard in the morning, which says everything. As parents, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is not only well cared for, but genuinely happy.
The activities are always thoughtful and engaging, and it’s clear how much effort, dedication, and heart they put into everything they do. We trust them completely and feel so fortunate to have found such professional, kind, and dedicated people.
We would recommend Michelle and Richard without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional childcare.
