About Me
38 years old, live with partner, 5 year old son with ASD and 17 month old twins.
My Requirements
*position to start AUGUST 2026*
Seeking some much needed help on weekdays Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 15:30 - 20:30 (some flexibility with times would be appreciated). You’ll be working along side me with delivering personal care to all my children, appropriate play and educational activities, bed time routines, generally keeping them safe and happy. Helping with house chores would be appreciated too, asking if you can help me, or relieving a little pressure off my shoulders would be divine!
Ideally someone with experience and qualifications and competent with supporting my neurodivergent 5 year old. He is verbal, high energy, impulsive, struggles socially and with communication, PDA. On the job communication with me will be needed to learn ways of interacting with him and to learn what dysregulates him.
I try to apprehend his dysregulation and intervene early to prevent escalation. I am still learning him, and his needs. An experienced and attuned person to help implement strategies will be welcomed!

We are having to say goodbye to our nanny of 7 months who all the children have grown to adore!
There is opportunity for further hours on adhoc other evenings or weekends, or possible sleep over Tuesday (depending on our needs)

Lani was beyond capable and trustworthy in helping me with the twins, we were all at ease with her settling them to sleep, helping me wean them, bathing them, entertaining them and all round being really in tune to their needs!
I cannot recommend Lani enough, she is wise beyond her years.
