I am a 22 years old female. I am passionate in developing my confidence and experience within work environments. I am caring and willing to provide the best care and support to each and every individual within my care. My Experience
I can provide my CV upon request. I have gained experience through clinical nursing student placements, working as an elderly care assistant, and serving as a nursery nurse. Most notably, I have direct experience working with young children who have learning and educational needs, including autism and specific genomic learning disabilities. Additionally, I have personal insight into neurodiverse conditions, as several close family members experience varying needs, including ADHD, anxiety, and severe mental health challenges.
My approach to care is centered around ensuring that the 12 Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) are met, as these are fundamental to maintaining adherence to the Equality Act and the Human Rights Act. I have specific experience with dementia, both professionally and personally. Despite my age, I have been involved in managing and assisting with a wide range of tasks in various situations. This diverse exposure has enhanced my ability to adapt my knowledge and perspectives to effectively support individuals with different needs.

Level 3 extended diploma in health and social care - D*D*D* (A*A*A*)
Level 2 BTEC in health and social care
Professional practise in health and social care Level 4 - Merit
GCSE in English language - 4 (C), English literature - 4 (C), Maths - 4 (C), History - 4 (C), Science Trilogy - 4-4 (C-C), A Distinction in P.E Level 2 BTEC and a Distinction in Business studies. I have experience in a care home and adults nursing clinical placements.
