About Me
Hi there and welcome to my profile, thank you for taking the time to read through my information. I’m a dedicated, creative and experienced primary school teacher with almost 10 years of teaching experience.
I have worked with children across the primary age range and with a wide variety of needs, developing creative and engaging approaches to help children make progress while enjoying their learning. I particularly specialise in Early Years and Key Stage 1, with experience teaching reading, writing, maths and the wider primary curriculum. I can also support children in Key Stage 3 with these core subjects.
Building warm, positive relationships with children is very important to me. I take the time to understand how each child learns best and adapt my approach to suit their individual strengths, interests and needs. I enjoy using creative ideas, games and practical activities to make learning feel engaging and accessible, while still working towards clear learning goals.
I also have extensive experience supporting children with SEND, including autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD and ADD, and understand the importance of adapting teaching so that children feel confident and able to succeed.
Having recently become a mum myself, I also appreciate how important it is for parents to feel that their child is in caring, understanding and trustworthy hands. I bring that same care and thoughtfulness to my work with every child.

My Experience
I began my career at Franciscan Primary School in Tooting, where I achieved the school’s highest Year 1 phonics pass rate. I then worked in schools across North London, gaining valuable experience supporting children with a wide range of abilities and additional needs.
For four years, I taught at Wren Academy Finchley, an outstanding school, teaching across Years 1, 2 and 3. During this time, I led both Maths and PSHE, developing my experience in curriculum planning and supporting children to make rapid progress.
I am currently returning from maternity leave, having most recently taught Year 2 at Martin Primary School in East Finchley. Alongside my teaching experience, I have tutored children in Years 2 and 6, as well as a child with special educational needs.
I am building within my portfolio tutoring for the 11 + exams. Please contact me to discuss this further as I am open to amending my rates.

- National professional qualification in leading teaching
- English Literature and Theatre Studies BA, University of Sussex
- A* - C GCSEs and A levels
- 200 hour yoga teacher qualification
My Availability
My Fees
- Tutoring from £55.00 per hour
I charge £55 per hour for an in person session. For 11+ tutoring, I can discuss rates as this is something I am building within my portfolio.
