About Me

Hello future family,

My name is Xzander (zee), I’m 21 years old and based in beautiful Worcestershire. I come from a big, blended family full of love, laughter, and little ones—from my 24-year-old sibling right down to my newest baby brother, who’s just a few months old! Growing up surrounded by children has shaped who I am today and sparked a real passion for working with young ones.

I’ve been nannying for over two years now, and it truly feels like the most natural and rewarding path. My journey started when my amazing foster mum began nannying, and I was lucky enough to learn alongside her. When she took a step back to welcome my baby brother into the world, I followed my heart and began working with families of my own—and I’ve loved every bit since.

For the past 17 months, I’ve cared for two wonderful families—one with a little boy starting at just 16 months old, and another with three bright and beautiful girls aged 3 to 6. Each child I’ve cared for has left a special mark on my heart.

My style of nannying is gentle, calm, and inspired by nature. I believe in slow, joyful days filled with play, imagination, outdoor adventures, and lots of love. I try to create a peaceful environment where children can feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves.

I’m currently looking for a new family to join due to a change in my transport situation. I’m in the process of learning to drive and hope to have my license by the end of 2025. In the meantime, I’m still dedicated, dependable, and very excited to find a new family to grow alongside.
