My Requirements
I am working in a restaurant, so have to work some evenings, some weekends and in holidays too. My working days are fairly similar but not the same every week but I always know the rota about 3 weeks in advance. But I'm happy to arrange set days and evenings if that makes it more possible to find childcare. The shifts are usually 11-5pm or 3/5pm-10ish.
I might just have to put Hannah into a nursery and find someone who can work around it.
