We hired Helen to support us during the nights with our first baby, from birth to around 13 weeks. Helen completely exceeded our expectations from day 1. She provided so much more support beyond getting a good night’s sleep - she helped to establish our day time routine, recommended products to buy, helped with feeding, introduced us to a specialist paediatrician…the list goes on! Our baby had reflux which we found difficult at times but Helen provided a lot of support and advice to manage it. Helen was a pleasure to have in our home - she was kind, compassionate, reliable and great with our baby. Our baby is a great sleeper and feeder - I am sure this wouldn’t be the case if it wasn’t for Helen. I don’t know what we would have done without her and I can’t recommend her highly enough, particularly to first-time parents.
