My Requirements

Initially, we are looking for a babysitter to look after the children at home on occasional evenings, making this more regular if things go well. Both sometimes struggle with emotional regulation and the youngest has an autism diagnosis so we are therefore only looking for those with special needs experience. In many of their behaviours at home they often present as younger than their physical age. In particular, the children need someone who can work with them at the level they are at, while maintaining sensible boundaries.
