Hello, I’m Marcella Avworo, a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Ofsted-registered childcare provider with a passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
As the Co-founder and Manager of Little Bloomers Services, I combine my professional healthcare background with years of childcare experience to provide high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each child’s needs. My approach focuses on supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, encouraging independence, and building strong partnerships with parents to ensure continuity of care from school to home.

My Experience
I am a registered general nurse (RGN) with extensive experience, including six years as a school nurse. This combination of skills and experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of healthcare, child development, and the specific needs of children in a school setting. My warm and spacious home, along with a family vehicle, provides a safe and enjoyable environment for your children, complete with fun games and activities.
My Qualifications
I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing and a Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health. These qualifications have provided me with a solid foundation in healthcare and a deeper understanding of public health principles, which I apply to promote the well-being of individuals and communities.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
I offer morning and afternoon school pick-up and drop-off services to make your day a little easier.
• Rate: £15 per hour
(This rate applies even if the journey takes less than an hour.)
• Timing: The charge begins 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to allow for preparation and travel.
• Additional Care: If your child spends extra time at my home before or after school, the rate is £7 per hour.
