My Summary

My Experience

I have over 12 years experience in the classroom teaching all year groups in KS2 and Year 2 in KS1. I have experience as a maths leader in school and I am passionate about helping children who struggle to grasp the basics of maths, empowering them with knowledge and confidence to tackle trickier concepts.
I am trained to teach RWI phonics. I have tutored children from age 5 up to year 6 in English and maths and I have worked with Year 7 and 8 children in maths. I can also support children at foundation level for GSCE maths.
I have also tutored children for 11+ and worked with groups online providing tuition and support for year 6 SATs.
I am currently working towards a degree in Geography and have also completed a business admin course level 2.

My Qualifications

BA Hons Primary education degree with QTS
Currently working on a Geography degree.
Have all relevant GCSEs and Alevels.

My Availability

I have varied availability, some after school slots and also daytime sessions available for home schooled children (all of which will be tailored to the specific needs of the child)
