About Me
We are a young family who have recently moved to the UK. We have a toddler who is 40 months old and a 15 months old baby. I will start working in July so I need clear options on someone who is flexible with time, can do nursery drop offs & pick ups if necessary, and can accommodate our busy schedules. I’m looking for someone who will be flexible on a weekly basis to adjust our shift patterns.
My Requirements
Childminder should be Ofsted registered with a current DBS check and paediatric first aid certification, provides a safe, stimulating home environment with compliant child-to-staff ratios, offers flexible hours and transparent fees, and maintains clear, proactive communication with parents. Should be flexible to work with our rotating shift patterns on a weekly basis.
