Yulia was brilliant from the get go, she assisted us in very short notice, she was very informative and also obtained lots of information from us beforehand. After my son's stay he couldn't stop talking about all the activities that they've done, he also added that Yulia was very kind and would like to go back. THANK YOU Yulia you are top notch!!
