My Requirements
I am looking for someone to help me with my baby, who is kind and caring, experienced and reliable. The right person will be responsive to my baby's cues, happy to get down on the floor to engage in fun play, embrace the mess of a challenging weaning journey and help maintain a calm nap routine. As this involves working with a young baby, I would request an informal interview, copies of any relevant qualifications, DBS check and details of two referees.
