My name is Francheska, I am 21 years old and live in Leeds, West Yorkshire. I am a happy and bubbly individual. When it comes to my job I am a hard working, friendly and enthusiastic individual. I love to be creative and trying new things. I am great when it comes to using my initiative, seeking advice when needed and also giving advice to others. I am good when it comes to working in a team but I am good when adapting to working as an individual. I am trustworthy and very reliable, also punctual. I love working with children of all ages and making sure I provide a safe, friendly and fun environment where children can develop and grow as people. I enjoy setting out activities that are exciting yet set alongside children's development needs, alongside the current EYFS. I love getting creative with children; getting paints and doing artwork, messy play such as slime and shaving foam!
My Experience
I have experience working with children from 3 months to the age of 4 from working in a nursery setting for 4 years. I also have had experience in working with children from me being the age of 14. I used to babysit my younger cousins from them being babies.
My Qualifications
I have gained my Level 2 & Level 3 childcare qualification from completing an apprenticeship, which means I have gained hands on experience and skills. I have also completed my peadeatric first aid and recieved a certificate, I have also gained my; Safeguarding, equality & diversity and my IOSHH certificates.
I have also attended a behaviour course and an autism awareness course in which I gained a certificate.
My Availability
Full time; anything preferably over 30 hours.
