About Me

I am an OFSTED registered childminder based in Churwell. I provide children with the best possible start in life under ‘Sophie’s Seedlings’.

I live with my partner and two beautiful children aged 4 and 2.

I have a breadth of educational play resources for children at all stages of development. I take great pleasure in spending time outdoors and providing children with experiences that fill their minds with awe and wonder.

My Experience

I have worked in education for seven years predominantly within the early years as a Co-Teacher. My experience has provided me with an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to use it to support children’s development. I will support children’s natural curiosity within the setting and on outings to forest school, the allotment, a residential care home and so forth.
