My Requirements

I need somebody who can give us a night off on Fridays from 4.30 til late and the occasional weeknight evening about once a month to give me and my husband some respite.
Experience with Autism and special needs in general is a must and it may be possible to have two carers working together to tackle bedtime as my kids need to be taken to bed separately as they get very excited when I try to put them down at the same time.

I have one daughter who really struggles getting to sleep but is very gentle and another one who is very mummycentric and needs to bond with her nanny so she looks forward to their time together, but she has started to bite recently when severely distressed but this is something she is getting much better at.

School holidays are usually difficult for us so we would love to have somebody who can come an help us full time for holidays and half terms or even somebody who can come a couple of times a week just to take the pressure off.

The odd overnight maybe once a quarter would be lovely.

My girls are very kind and sweet even though they can be a challenge sometimes, they will be difficult to not fall in love with.
