About Me
I’m a mum to a busy and curious 20 month old, and I’m currently expecting our second baby, due at the end of January. Family life is really important to us, and we value creating a calm, nurturing, and predictable environment for our children.
As a parent, I’m very hands on and thoughtful about routines, particularly around naps, meals, and emotional wellbeing. Clear communication and trust are really important to me, and I appreciate openness and reliability when it comes to childcare.
We’re looking to build a positive, respectful relationship with someone who enjoys caring for young children and understands the different needs of toddlers and babies. We’re organised, approachable, and keen to plan ahead to ensure consistency and stability for our children.
We’d love to meet someone kind, attentive, and experienced who feels like a good fit for our family.
My Requirements
We're looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced childminder or nanny to care for our 20 month old daughter from Monday to Wednesday in the coming months. From early June, her 4 month old sister will also be joining her, so experience with both toddlers and young babies is essential.
We'd like to begin meeting suitable candidates now in order to plan ahead and ensure a smooth transition, with the right childcare arrangement securely in place.
Our priority is finding someone who values and follows age appropriate nap routines
Communicates openly and consistently with parents
Reports any accidents or incidents clearly and promptly
Provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Is attentive to each child’s individual needs
We are keen to build a trusting, long-term relationship with someone who is organised, dependable, and genuinely enjoys caring for young children.
