About Me

Blended family with three kids but only seeking support for my son - he is 10 and is autistic and has ADHD, with limited communication skills and limited social and emotional development in general.

We (my partner and I) are looking to get married in August 2026 and would love to have him at the reception, but think he would struggle with the reception, which is due to run all day (from 12pm to approx 10pm). We are looking to get some support from a SEND-qualified/experienced child minder to build a relationship with him over time before then, so that they could potentially look after him during the wedding reception.
