About Me
Hi! We’re a small family living in Sutton.
We have a 14-month-old baby boy who is incredibly sweet and has brought so much joy to our lives. He was recently diagnosed with a rare genetic condition that causes epilepsy and significant developmental delays, so we’re looking for someone patient, kind, and attentive who can help care for him with compassion and understanding.
I’m returning to work soon and we’re looking for a nanny to support us two days a week during the day. My husband works from home and will usually be around if needed, but your primary focus would be on caring for our son.
We also have a friendly French bulldog, so someone comfortable with dogs is a must!
We’d love to find someone ideally experienced with babies with special needs. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is gentle, reliable, and genuinely loves working with children.
My Requirements
We are looking for a caring, patient, and reliable babysitter to help care for our 14-month-old son on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8am to 5pm, starting from July/August 2025.
Our little boy is full of love and sweetness. He has been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition that causes severe epilepsy and global developmental delay, so we are looking for someone who can offer gentle, attentive care and is comfortable working with a child with additional needs. Experience with special needs is a plus, but not essential – more important is someone who is kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with little ones.
Your responsibilities would include:
• Playing with him and reading stories
• Supporting him with simple physiotherapy exercises (we’ll show you how!)
• Preparing and feeding him meals
• Changing nappies and offering comfort
We also have a very friendly French bulldog, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs.
