About Me
Hi, I’m a 31-year-old qualified Primary Teacher with a degree in Primary Education and over four years of nannying experience. Throughout my career and personal experience, I have worked with children from 12 months to 12 years old and genuinely love helping children learn, grow and have fun.
I’m an outgoing, friendly and reliable person with excellent communication skills. I have nieces and nephews of my own and have also provided regular childcare for friends and family, giving me a wealth of experience caring for children of different ages and personalities.
I am a huge animal lover and have a dog of my own, so I am more than happy to work in a household with pets. I also have a full, clean driving licence and my own car, making me flexible when it comes to school runs, activities, appointments and days out.
Alongside childcare, I am happy to help with light household duties such as laundry, tidying, cleaning and other day-to-day tasks to help keep the household running smoothly.
I am available for an immediate start and am particularly interested in full-time nanny positions. I am also available for holiday nannying and wedding/event nannying.

My Experience
I hold a PGDE in Primary Education, which has given me experience working with children across a wide age range, from 12-month-olds in nursery through to 12-year-olds in P7. Alongside my teaching experience, I have over four years of part-time nannying and babysitting experience for friends and family, caring for children of various ages.
I also have experience working with neurodivergent children and understand the importance of adapting my approach to suit each child's individual needs, personality and development. My combination of teaching and childcare experience has given me a caring, patient and flexible approach to working with children.
My Qualifications
I hold a PGDE in Primary Education. I am also a fully qualified nursery practitioner.
My Availability
I am available to start immediately and am looking for a full-time nanny position. I am flexible with working hours and happy to discuss a schedule that works well for the family.
The only day I have a prior family commitment is Sunday, so I am unable to commit to a full day every Sunday. However, I am happy to be flexible where possible and discuss occasional Sunday childcare or alternative arrangements depending on the family's needs.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
I am happy to use my own car for school runs, activities and days out. Where travel is required as part of the role, I kindly ask that mileage/fuel expenses are covered. This can be discussed and agreed with the family in advance.
