My Requirements

We are a warm, busy family based in Queen’s Park looking for a brilliant full-time nanny to care for our two children, a girl aged 3.5 and boy aged 1.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Queen’s Park, NW London
Role: Full time, live-out, shared care

This is predominantly a shared-care role, with one or both parents regularly around and actively involved with the children. There are definitely periods of sole care (both daily and overall), so we need someone completely confident looking after both children independently, but day-to-day we very much work together as a team.

We’re looking for someone warm, loving, playful and high-energy who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. The ideal person will be very proactive, confidently planning playdates, classes, outings and experiences, as well as coming up with imaginative activities and play at home.

Our ideal candidate will be nurturing and patient, while also being highly organised, dependable and comfortable maintaining the routines and consistency the children are used to. Reliability is really important to us, as well as someone with a flexible approach who is happy to help with occasional babysitting, changes to routine or additional hours when needed and agreed in advance.

The role includes school drop-offs/pick-ups, preparing healthy meals, children’s laundry and wardrobes, keeping their bedrooms/play areas organised, planning activities and general day-to-day care. We’d also like someone happy to help with light wider-family housekeeping such as laundry, dishwasher, groceries and keeping shared spaces tidy.

Essential: previous nanny experience with similar ages, confident caring for two young children at once, own car and clean driving licence, strong references, and able to travel with the family occasionally.

Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian language skills would be a big bonus.
