About Me
I am a Secondary School teacher and my partner is a builder by trade and has his own company. We have two lovely children Freddie (8 years old) and Tilly (6 years old). As a family we love the outdoors, sports and the beach. We are a hard working family and strive to provide a happy and healthy life for our children. We have strong family values and Freddie and Tilly are very close. They are great fun, Tilly loves arts and crafts and Freddie loves building things, especially out of Lego. They both enjoy sports. We live in a nice house with a lovely garden to play in. They are both well behaved, with good manners and are good company. They have lots of energy and enjoy playing games. What you invest into them, they will always give back. We have lots of toys, games and crafts and I would happy to provide resources for activities.
My Requirements
I am looking for somebody who is kind, empathetic and enjoys working with young people. I currently have a childminder Tuesday-Thursday, however Thursdays will stop at Christmas. The priority at the moment are Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays after school.
I will need to leave by 7.45am and I will return by 5.30pm. They will need dropping off at a local school for 8.25am and then picking up afterwards (either 3pm or 4.15pm if at all club) and given a healthy dinner. Freddie and Tilly have a healthy lifestyle, with a balanced use of screens. This means they are sociable and have lots of hobbies.
This is a term time only role, however there is room for add on earnings with cleaning responsibilities and/or some days in the holidays, but this is not essential. The priority is term time. If what I am requesting doesn’t quite fit with you, but you like the sound of us, then please do get in touch.
Update - we have secured most of what we need, with the exception of Thursday pick ups from Christmas.
