About Me

Hi, my name is Emma. I am a registered childminder and a mum to my own three children. We have a busy but very happy home, and I strive to provide a warm, welcoming home from home environment for all children in my care.

I believe children learn best when they feel safe, secure and happy, and creating this environment is always my first priority. Once children are settled, I promote learning through play and offer a range of activities and outings to support their development and encourage their curiosity and confidence.

I understand that every child is unique and learns at their own pace, and I fully support this within my setting by tailoring activities and experiences to meet their individual needs and interests.

My Experience

As a mum of three and a registered childminder, I have extensive experience caring for children of different ages and stages of development. I have a sound understanding of child development, safeguarding and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). I provide a range of stimulating activities that promote learning through play and support children’s social, emotional, physical and educational development. I am committed to building positive relationships with both children and their families to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

My Availability

I work Tuesday to Friday 7.30am-5.30pm
I work roughly 46 weeks of the year but take holiday with my children during the school breaks.
