The job is a "set fee" / "lump sum" for toilet-training my SEN boy, who is 7yrs old, whenever that happens. The micro details of how you do that and the amount of hours you spent is down to you and your expertise.
The service I want from you is simply to toilet train my boy by 7/9/25 and that is what I will be paying for. You will get a bonus of £50 when you achieve that goal.
Therefore you do the timetable and sent it to me then we would have a call to discuss.
To reiterate, I am offering you a job of toilet-training my boy (7years old SEN) for a set fee of £360 plus a bonus of £50 when you achieve this.
The job is never offered on hourly rate basis. It is on a "lump sum" basis as explained.
