We are a family from Thailand, and we traveled with our 4-year-old son who speaks English appropriate to his age. During our stay in Edinburgh, we wanted to join the Johnnie Walker Tour, which unfortunately does not allow children. That’s when we found Childcare.co.uk. and were lucky to be matched with Aggie.
We asked her to take care of our son for 5 hours and explore the Museum of Scotland with him. Taking a curious and energetic 4-year-old around a museum is no easy task—but Aggie did a fantastic job! From the start, she reassured us with a video call, gave us helpful advice, and made us feel very comfortable despite English being our second language.
On the day we met, she was kind, patient, and very attentive to our child. Our son had a great time at the museum—he learned so much and had so many stories to tell us afterward. We could truly enjoy our tour knowing he was in good hands.

We were on a short trip to Glasgow and wanted to go out for dinner at a bar, so we needed someone to look after our child. Alina was kind, caring, and took excellent care of our little one. Our child felt safe, happy, and had a great time. Thank you, Alina, for making our trip complete
