I'm a hands on nanny who values building strong bonds with the children I care for.
I have grown up in the countryside with my own horses, so love animals and being outdoors. I am very creative with a background in children's design, so love doing arts and crafts! I am enthusiastic and fun but also very empathetic and caring.
My Experience
My family became foster carers when I was 4 years old, so I have 22 years of experience caring for children at home. I have previously worked as a full time nanny for multiple families, with children ranging from babies, through to teen years. I have also worked in a Therapeutic residential home for children.
My Qualifications
I have a BA (Hons) degree in Children’s design. I have a tremendous amount of additional training ranging from First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Autism awareness, Online Safety Risk to Children, etc.. I am currently completing my Level 2 certificate in Caring for Children and Young People.

Izzy joined our family in spring 2025 as a full-time nanny to our two daughters, Daphne (then 18
months) and Twyla (then 6 months).
From our very first meeting, we felt she would be a wonderful fit for our family. Izzy brings a
breadth of childcare experience across different ages and settings, and this showed immediately in
the calm, capable and reassuring way she stepped into our home.
Over the past year, she has supported our girls through meaningful stages of growth. With her
encouragement, Daphne’s confidence, language and independence flourished, and Twyla moved
steadily through her early milestones with attentive, loving care. It has been a genuine joy to watch
the girls grow with Izzy by their side.
Izzy is kind, compassionate and emotionally intelligent. She has a natural warmth that children
respond to, and she brings fun, creativity and energy to her days with them. She built a close and
affectionate bond with both girls, and they have been very fond of her.
We are deeply grateful for the role Izzy has played in our daughters’ early years. Any family would
be fortunate to have her caring for their children, and we would confidently recommend her for
future childcare roles.
