Felicity is a truly wonderful childminder and I feel so lucky to have her looking after my baby, Hugo. She is warm, caring, and attentive, creating a safe and happy environment where Hugo is always comfortable and smiling. Felicity goes the extra mile to support his development with fun, engaging activities, and keeps me updated throughout the day, which gives me complete peace of mind. She is reliable, professional, and treats Hugo as if he were her own. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
