My Requirements

Myself and Kiri are both shift workers (long haul airline crew) whilst we understand having certainty is important, someone who can be flexible with their days/hours to help accommodate our work patterns (we get our schedule 6 weeks out - it is random rostering so it is not the same shift pattern, some weeks would be needed more than others) is hugely appreciative and beneficial to us. Whether that means committing to certain hours a month then splitting hours up how we need them or whatever may suit.

We also however understand that is hard to find/achieve so we’d also be open to Albi having a couple days a week so he can learn and experience new things
