Hello!
We're a fun, welcoming and loving family who are keen to find someone with similar values to look after our 11mo twins. Our babies are sensitive, energetic, and enjoy lots of cuddles, chats, singing, and high energy play.
We like to have a clear understanding of their carer's qualifications, experience, set-up (if childminding), and approach.
I am an NHS worker and therefore need a very reliable and flexible provider. We offer reliability and flexibility as well, and hope to work collaboratively and considerately with whoever cares for our little ones.
My Requirements
Non-smoking. 15-20hrs per week. Mornings; exact hours negotiable.
Someone who can embrace our approach to raising children - attachment-based; attuned and responsive.
Someone who brings lots of energy to how they engage with the babies but can also shift to calmer states as and when needed.
Safety and security is paramount, and that includes protecting the emotional wellbeing of our babies.
Someone confident and experienced working with two babies. If not fully confident, I can assist if working from our place (and adjust rate accordingly).
