My Experience

I am currently a Level 3 childcare practitioner working in a nursery, where I support children’s learning and development and help create a safe, nurturing environment. I have experience caring for both younger and older siblings, giving me strong skills with a range of ages.
Outside of nursery work, I coach an under-12 boys’ football team, which has strengthened my ability to lead groups, manage behaviour, and keep children active and engaged. I also previously worked as a leader at a summer camp, supporting large groups of children with activities, supervision, and fun daily routines.
I bring patience, energy, and confidence when working with children of all ages.

My Qualifications

- Experienced in caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
- First Aid trained
- Strong communication skills and a calm, positive attitude
- Capable of preparing meals, assisting with homework, and maintaining routines
- Committed to creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment

My Availability

I currently work a rotating shift pattern at my nursery:
Week A: Finish at 4:30pm
Week B: Finish at 6:00pm
I’m flexible on weekends, and I have Fridays fully available unless there’s a rare event on my non-working day. I also work a second job at a pub, but if babysitting becomes more consistent, I am happy to take on more childcare bookings and reduce my pub hours.
I will always try my best to accommodate families’ needs and keep my schedule as flexible as possible.
