About Me
My husband and I have two lovely boys who are aged 7 and 4. Our elder son is autistic, he loves helping to do things, sharing his knowledge of dinosaurs and animals and playing alone or with his brother. However, he has difficulty with sleep, communicating with people he doesn't know well and can be overwhelmed by unexpected situations. Our 4 year old is sunny and boisterous, he loves painting, drawing, building and playing outside.
My Requirements
At the moment only a few people have built a close enough relationship to be able to care for our elder son. Our aim is to find someone who can build up a relationship with him and so look after both boys on an evening, at the weekend or possibly odd days during school holidays. This will enable my husband and I to spend time together, allow me to take a break and even make daily tasks immeasurably easier.
